At Vantage Catering, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes necessitate event cancellations. However, to manage our resources efficiently and to be fair to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeline:
• An order may be cancelled with no charges up to [30] full business days prior to the event.
• Cancellation of order made less than three [14] full business days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the full catering order price.
• Cancellation of order made less than  24h on catering date are not refundable and will be charged 100% of the full catering order price.

Refund Process:
• Upon cancellation, any deposit or advance payments made will be applied toward the cancellation fee.
• If applicable, any remaining balance of the cancellation fee will be invoiced to you.

Rescheduling:
• We understand that circumstances may change, and we are open to rescheduling events where possible. Please contact our team at least 14 days before the original event date to discuss rescheduling options, in case you need to reschedule your event lees than 14 days prior to the event it can be discussed individually with your event manager and rescheduled if possible.
